Registered Agent: We provide registered agent services for North Carolina businesses for an annual flat fee. Contact us to find out more. We also accept appointments for registered agents in probate matters when the executor/rix or personal representative lives outside of North Carolina, and the probate court requires an in-state registered agent.

We have attempted to put as much helpful information as possible on our website to help you navigate through the process. However, if you prefer to call us with questions, we are always happy to assist you.

 

IMPORTANT: Please do not send us documents without first contacting us to let us know they are coming!

Step 1:

Service Estimates

  1. Please visit Process Serving & Rates if you require a process server.
     

  2. Please visit Other Services & Rates if you need a legal document filed or retrieved from a local courthouse.
     

  3. Please visit registered agent services if your business is interested in appointing Tracker Legal Services as registered agent with the North Carolina Secretary of State.

Step 2:

Provide Info

A. Complete the intake form for process serving.

 

B. Complete the intake form for courier services.

 

C. For registered agent services, contact our office via phone or via email using info@trackerlegalservices.com.

 

Call or email if you want to confirm receipt. We typically respond to emails within an hour during business hours.

Step 3:

Send Documents (if applicable)

Option 4: If you would like to overnight documents using a service other than USPS overnight (which can be received at the PO Box above), please contact our office for a physical address. Our response confirms that we are expecting a package.
 

*When using any options 1-4, please confirm with us via email to info@trackerlegalservices.com that we are expecting your package/documents. Our services are not confirmed until we acknowledge that we are aware your package is on the way.

After receipt of the invoice, you may pay using one of the following options:

Option 1: Make checks payable to "Tracker Legal C/O Ryan Mercer" and mail to: Tracker Legal PO BOX 38914, Charlotte, NC 28278. Please note our mailing address has changed as of 01/01/2022.

Option 2: Make credit card payments to our PayPal account. You can use 1 of 2 PayPal payment options (both require logging into your PayPal account.)

Receive Confirmation

For process serving, after we receive payment for services rendered, we will complete a detailed affidavit of service, if necessary, stating the date, time, place, and description of the person served. This affidavit will be emailed and mailed to you. If we are unable to serve the requested documents, we will send you an affidavit of attempted service for your records in the event you need to have a written record of your service attempts. For other services, we'll speak with you or email you directly, as appropriate, concerning the outcome of your matter.

We provide a W-9 upon request when services reach the IRS threshold of business transactions per year, which is currently $600.
